LQPolished requires a deposite of 50% of the service price in order to confirm an appointment. Without this payment, your booking cannot be confirmed and the date/time is still be available for other clients.

LQPolished requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellations or rearrangements. Within this time frame, you will be able to rebook your appointment without needing to make an additional deposit.
Appointment cancellations or rearrangements made with less than 48 hours notice will forfiet the original deposit amount. To rebook another appointment, you will require a new deposit.

Please be on time to your appointments, if your appointment is mobile, please be ready to begin at the agreed time & keep distractions (such as phones, food, pets etc.) to a minimum (this will aid in an efficient service).
For your first appointment, please make sure your natural nails are free of any products or extensions. If you require LQPolished to take off previously applied gel products, there will be an additional charge of £15 (the cost of removals - see pricing page) as this is an additional service and will take additional time. Please add this when you are making your booking.
IMPORTANT NOTE - LQPolished will not be held responsible for the state of your natural nails underneath product that was applied by a different business.

Each appointment will begin with a consultation when your nails are reviewed to assess their health and determine if the booked service can be safely carried out.
If your nails or hands are not in a state that allows for the safe application of gel polish, LQPolished reserves the right to refuse treatment. If you have any concerns about this, you are welcome to send pictures of your nails prior to your appointment.
